6. Arranging for cleaning of the condo between guests; spot checking the cleaning periodically to be sure standards are maintained. 

7. Arranging for washing of linens and towels

8. Preparing the advertisement for your property – photos, description

9. Handling all request inquiries

10. Checking reviews of potential guests

11. Providing a shopping list of suggested contents for your condo 

12. Keeping track of prices offered for comparable condos so pricing remains competitive  

13. Sending out information to guests concerning the condo -  location, entry codes, additional amenities such as hot tubs, swimming pools, spas, exercise room, etc.

14. Providing a list of house rules for guests so they will not disturb neighbours

15. Doing a pre- and post-check-in inspection

16. Preparing a welcome gift for your guests (such as wine, chocolates, fruits) if desired

17. Replenishment/re-stocking of supplies (dish washer soap, laundry detergent, coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, etc.)

18. Replacing missing items

19. Managing all repairs

20. Coordinating with property management crews

21. Sending out a list of suggested activities to guests – ski hills, popular hiking trials; recommended restaurants, etc.

22. Purchasing all toiletries for the bathrooms (body wash, hand cream, shampoo, conditioner, etc.)

23. Being available if emergencies arise

24. Providing ROI spreadsheets, documenting monthly performance, and keeping track of expenses.

Price - We do all of this for 20% of gross revenue. For example, if we collect $100,000 gross; we take $20,000 and you take $80,000.
